Susana Jiménez is an HR, Culture, Values and Leadership Advisor, Facilitator, Speaker, Professor, Coach and Mentor, with more than 20 years of experience in team management in various sectors. She holds a master’s degree in HR Management, a master’s degree in Marketing and Sales, an EBBA in Strategic Management and a Diploma in Tourism and Hotel Management.
After having lived and managed various teams and companies in the US and Europe, she founded her own brand and consultancy Aprofitalents in 2017. It is a business consultancy with a social focus and the mission to help companies practice a more responsible and healthy leadership style, developing a more innovative, productive, creative, loyal, and self-managed team.
She is currently a member of the non-profit 50a50 lideratge compartit organization with the aim of ensuring the full and effective participation of women, and equal opportunities for leadership in all areas of decision-making in political, economic, and public life.
